Welcome to Time-mimic. By browsing our website, contacting us via WhatsApp or email, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Time-mimic reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

Products offered by Time-mimic are replica timepieces presented with model-specific descriptions and available QC media. They are not genuine products of the referenced brands. Brand names including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Vacheron Constantin, Cartier, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Omega, Audemars Piguet, Panerai, Longines, and Richard Mille are used solely for reference and identification purposes.

Time-mimic is an independent specialist and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any of the referenced watch manufacturers.

• Products are sourced from top-tier factories including VS, ARF, ZF, 3KF, BTF, and AF.
• Product images are representative; minor variations may occur due to factory batches.
• Custom modifications (crystal upgrades, dial customization, bracelet finishing, gold plating) are available upon request and subject to additional lead time and cost.
• Availability is subject to factory stock and may change without notice.

Orders are placed directly via WhatsApp or email. Our specialists will guide you through reference selection, factory options, and customization choices before confirming your order.

An order moves into sourcing and QC after the model, available source, price, and any disclosed deposit are confirmed. Shipment occurs only after the customer approves the QC record and completes the agreed balance. If Time-mimic cannot source the confirmed configuration, any refundable amount received for that unavailable order will be returned.

A US$20 sourcing and QC deposit may be requested after the model and source are confirmed. The remaining balance is due only after the customer approves the product-specific QC photos or video. Any different payment schedule must be stated in writing before payment. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed.

• Prices are subject to change based on factory pricing, exchange rates, and customization scope.
• Custom work may require an additional deposit or fee; its amount, refund status, and expected lead time are disclosed before the work begins.
• Payment instructions and the amount due at each stage must match the written order summary.
• Please contact us promptly about a payment concern so both parties can review the written order record and available resolution steps.

Available destinations, carriers, estimated delivery times, tracking, and any known restrictions are confirmed during the order consultation. Packaging is selected to protect the watch in transit and comply with the agreed carrier process.

Due to the nature of our products and the personalized service we provide, all sales are generally final once QC has been approved by the customer and the order has been shipped. However, we are committed to resolving genuine issues fairly.

We use contact, QC, payment-status, and shipping information to answer requests and fulfill orders. Please read our watch order Privacy Policy for collection, retention, sharing, security, and request details.

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Order and communication records are retained for customer service and dispute resolution purposes only.
• QC photos shared with you are for your order only and are not publicly posted without your consent.
• Communications via WhatsApp and email are kept confidential.

It is the buyer's sole responsibility to understand and comply with the laws and regulations of their country regarding the importation and ownership of replica goods. Time-mimic assumes no liability for legal consequences arising from the purchase, importation, or use of our products in any jurisdiction.

Time-mimic's total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Guangzhou, China. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Guangzhou.
